ABOUT YOUR PROJECT POOL HOUSE Wappenham || Northamptonshire BACK TO PROJECTS Artifex was closely involved with the client throughout the planning, build and interior design stage to ensure their vision was realised to its full potential. Boasting a beautiful and bespoke oak veranda and beams throughout, the space is fully suited to entertaining family and guests. A bespoke kitchen with granite worktops was finished with a white washed sawn timber cladding to compliment the rustic theme. Artifex has been commisioned to build and fitout the new cafe, counter, large commercial kitchen and extend and refit the customer toilets. Artifex is also making way for a new kids play area not to mention 2 more business units. Watch this space! Working with the client we led the design of the layout, kitchen, bathroom and decoration of this home. Within the job, the home had a full rewire and central heating installed with underfloor heating throughout. They also uncovered an original well, turning it into a unique feature. The electrics were tested, upgraded and certified. The space was decorated and fitted with new industrial vinyl floor throughout. A clean and modern finish was achieved in a very short timescale. TOGGLE INFO Milton Keynes End OUR PORTFOLIO NEXT PROJECT END OF PROJECT HOME EXTENSION Duston || Northampton BACK TO PROJECTS Artifex was contracted to construct a new double width extension and erect a new double garage for a family in Duston. The new structure called for the corner of the house to be propped and steelwork to be fitted. Both the extension and garage required groundwork prep, bricklaying, carpentry and roofing installed. The commercial unit was cleared, stripped back, decorated throughout and a new commercial flooring was laid. Electrical and gas certificates were provided making the unit ready to be let.
